Nature calls throughout your city

Aside from traffic, garbage has been by far the most significant issue I’ve encountered in Cities: Skylines. No matter how meticulously I attempt to position landfills and incinerators strategically, I constantly have the sensation that there is an excessive amount of pollution and an overwhelming number of garbage trucks congesting the roads.

Now, citizens no longer have to merely tolerate that unpleasant garbage smell lingering in the air. Paradox declared today that the upcoming Cities: Skylines expansion will provide you with everything necessary to transform your city into a trendy hipster paradise.

Green Cities will introduce 350 new assets, encompassing organic shops, electric cars, buildings adorned with plants, and “new services meticulously designed to render pollution a quaint notion belonging to the past.” You’ll also obtain three fresh scenarios, four novel policy options, and a new Monument. Although a release date has yet to be announced, we are aware that it will arrive at some point later this year for $12.99, the same price as the previous full expansion, Mass Transit

Of course, there’s also a new hat for the game’s fashionable virtual bird, Chirper. I suppose I am indeed here to write about hats after all.
